Ajong Mbapndah L is a seasoned media professional whose work blends creative editorial leadership with deep knowledge of Sub-Saharan Africa’s political, economic, and diplomatic landscapes. With extensive hands-on experience in journalism, editing, and high-level interviews, he has engaged a distinguished roster of personalities—including Presidents, PrimeMinisters, Ambassadors, business leaders, and influential policymakers across Africa and the global arena. Ajong’s commitment to governance and accountability is reflected in his service as a Reviewer for the Africa Integrity Indicators (Global Integrity), where he assessed countries including Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Chad, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (2013–2014). He has also served multiple times as a Mandela Washington Fellowship Reader (2016, 2017, 2019, 2023, 2024) and was a Judge for the 2021 African Business Heroes Prize Competition, the flagship philanthropic program of the Jack Ma Foundation celebrating outstanding African entrepreneurship.
