April 10, 2026, is the 3rd and final cohort of the 3-part series of the Angola HBCU High-Level Leadership Workshop. The signing of partnership agreements between the Angola Minister of External Relations, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, and the Venancio de Moura Diplomatic Academy with the 11 HBCUs will mark a significant milestone in the success of this project.
